At Beauty Kneads Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products that help you look and feel your best. Please review our policy below:

1. Services:

All services, including facials, massages, and waxing, are non-refundable once performed.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer adjustments or complimentary follow-up treatments at our discretion.

2. Products:

Retail products purchased in-store may be returned within 10 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Fees are non-refundable.

3. Gift Cards and Memberships:

Gift cards and membership subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Membership benefits are valid only while the membership is active.

4. We May Refuse Services

Beauty Kneads Studio values the safety, comfort, and well-being of every client and service provider. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A client displays inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.
A client has a medical condition, skin concern, or contraindication that may put them at risk if services are performed.
A client fails to maintain proper hygiene prior to their appointment.
A client does not comply with studio policies, including cancellation and late arrival guidelines.

This policy ensures a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.

5. Cancellations:

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, same day cancellations will result in 50% of service fee or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% of service fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled/ rescheduled and will incur a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service.

I understand that skincare, waxing, and massage services may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: redness, irritation, bruising, breakouts, allergic reaction, temporary discomfort, or skin sensitivity. These risks may vary depending on my skin type, hair type, and health history.
Assumption of Risk
I accept full responsibility for any risks, side effects, or reactions that may occur as a result of the services received, and I agree that Beauty Kneads Studio and its staff shall not be held liable for such outcomes.

I release and hold harmless Beauty Kneads Studio, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in services.
